Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time
Most US orders arrive within 7–10 business days after shipping. During busy periods, such as the holidays, delivery can take a few days longer.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link.

Customs and import fees
[Prices include all import duties for US orders, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.] 

Shipping to other countries
[We currently ship to the United States only.] 

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, email us at crevoshophelp@gmail.com and we'll sort it out with a replacement or a refund.

Gift orders
You can ship directly to the person you're buying for. Just enter their address at checkout.
